Underage Policy

Arktan has zero tolerance for any content that depicts, resembles, or involves minors in any way. This is an absolute policy with no exceptions.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access this site. By using Arktan, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone we reasonably believe is underage.

2. Zero Tolerance for Minor-Depicting Content

Arktan will never create, publish, host, or link to content that:

  • Depicts, appears to depict, or suggests a minor (anyone under 18) in a sexual, sexualised, or exploitative context;
  • Uses terminology, settings, or visual cues commonly associated with the sexualisation of minors;
  • Depicts characters that could reasonably be interpreted as minors regardless of stated age;
  • Promotes, normalises, or trivialises the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

3. Automated Moderation

Our content creation pipeline includes automated screening to detect and reject content that may depict youthful-looking characters. All AI-generated content is reviewed by our editorial team before publication. Any content flagged by our automated systems is rejected and not published.

4. Partner Content

Third-party tools listed on Arktan are independently responsible for their own content moderation. However, we will delist any tool that we become aware tolerates or facilitates the creation of minor-depicting content.

5. Reporting

If you encounter any content on this site that you believe violates this policy, please report it immediately via arktan.com/contact. Reports concerning potential minor-depicting content are treated as the highest priority and will be investigated within 24 hours. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at CyberTipline.org or 1-800-843-5678.

6. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Arktan will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating the sexual exploitation of minors. We will promptly respond to valid legal process and preserve records as required by law.

7. Enforcement
