Arktan takes content removal requests seriously. Although all content on this site is AI-generated and does not depict real people, we recognise that there may be legitimate reasons to request removal. This policy explains the process for submitting and resolving removal requests.
1. Who Can Submit a Removal Request

- A law enforcement agency or regulatory body;

2. How to Submit a Request
To submit a removal request, contact us via arktan.com/contact and include:

- The URL(s) of the content you want removed;
- A clear explanation of why you are requesting removal;
- Any supporting evidence or documentation;
- A statement that the information in your request is accurate.
3. Verification
Before processing a removal request, we may:
- Verify the identity of the requester;
- Confirm that the requester has standing to make the request;
- Request additional information or documentation if needed.
